Shipping & Returns

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS $100 or more within the United States. Shipping cost will automatically be removed in checkout, no coupon necessary.  
All items are handmade and typically ship within 7-12 business days. If any item is unable to ship within this timeframe we will contact you directly. You will receive notice once your order has shipped.  
Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for delivery. Maddie + Ro is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Note: the total must reach $100 BEFORE taxes. 
Maddie + Ro uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. There is a $6.00 flat shipping rate on all orders less than $100. International shipping is not offered at this time. 
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box if one or more of your items is backordered, delayed, or personalized as they may require extra care and time.

Promotions can not be combined, only one promotion is allowed at a time. Promotions can not be applied to previous orders. All promotional codes or sales will be noted at the top of our homepage. 

We want you to love your purchase with Maddie + Ro. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please keep in mind, our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in some items. 

ITEMS  MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. If 14 business days have gone by since you received the items, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Important items to note: 

  • Full price items may be returned for refund or exchange. 

  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for refund or exchange. 

  • Item must be returned in original packaging. 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange except due to a shipment mistake or manufacturing defect.  


Note: All purchases marked as "final sale" are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or store credit. 


To schedule your return, please contact us directly at with the following information: 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return 


Once the returned item is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the item to be verified and processed as returned. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. 


Once the item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment. If the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
